		<description>As a Washington DC resident, I find that all public universities as as expensive than the private in Virginia and Maryland.  For instance, Maryland U is almost $27,000, and UVA is more than $36,000 for out-of state resident.  So, even with a grant from DC these universities will still be expensive</description>
