Regulations regarding H1 visa will affect the american economy and benefit other economies of the world as America has the maximum international talent of the world and in the coming time it will pass on to other economies. America has the maximum international talent from countries like India, China and Japan etc. which include doctors, engineers, software developers and programmers. What if all these professionals leave USA and return back to their countries and develop their home economies. America is planning to hurt its future development and economy. Giving more job opportunities to american citizens is not an issue and its quiet normal but kicking away the international charm can lead to many unseen problems.
Thanks
