Minnesota State University Mankato provides an in state tuition scholarship for international students. All international students are eligible as long as they maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 (undergraduate) or 3.0 (graduate) and perform 25 hours of voluntary service every semester. This involves doing activities that are cultural in nature and are meant to share foreign cultures with the local population. Both undergraduate and graduate students are eligible for this scholarship. The scholarship is valid for four and a half years for undergraduate students from the first date of enrollment and two and a half years for graduate students.
